This item works well and is easy to use. I've used it a handful of times so can't comment on longevity. I'll leave an additional comment in case anything changes. The controls are very easy. The highest temperature setting was the most effective for me, and it does a good chop to straighten the beard. The device on the highest setting is comfortable to use, it doesn't feel super hot when you're brushing with it. For the price it's a good purchase.
I have been able to test the comb and its three heat settings; it's amazing that with the thickness of the beard hair, it can straighten it in just a few passes. I highly recommend it; it heats up quickly.
Works perfectly but my beard grain is visibly too coarse for smoothing. Or maybe I'm not using it correctly 🤷🏻♂️. In any case, the device works and heats up quite quickly 💪.
