Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used grooming tools (trimmers, shavers, etc.)

• Personal care accessories that have made contact with skin or hair
  unless the item arrived defective.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take 5–10 business days to process.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Damaged / Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
